As the Staff Development Coordinator at Kendal Crosslands Communities, you will be responsible for directing a comprehensive staff education program for KCC Health Services staff by planning, coordinating, implementing, evaluating, and monitoring staff education. Assists with staff education outside of the Health Services Department as needed.
